At Auto128, we want every buyer to feel secure when purchasing used OEM parts. To ensure fairness and transparency, all sellers on our marketplace follow the same standard: a 14-day free return policy.

Return Conditions

The following rules apply to every return, regardless of the seller:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days, starting the day after delivery.
  • Returned parts must be in the same condition as received.
  • Packaging should be secure enough to prevent damage during transport.
  • Returns are always free of charge for the buyer.
  • Returned items must be shipped back to the seller within 5 business days after submitting the return request.
  • Refunds cover the full order value (item plus shipping) but not costs beyond that amount.

How to Submit a Return

To request a return, complete the return form linked to your order confirmation. After submission, you will receive instructions on where to ship the part. Always follow the packaging and shipping guidelines to avoid delays.

Important Notes

  • Please confirm the OEM code before purchase to reduce the need for returns.
  • Keep your courier receipt and tracking number until the return is fully processed.
  • Refunds are issued once the seller confirms the returned item’s condition.
